We have used Vertical Heating and Cooling for a year and will continue to do so. The technicians are experienced, knowledgeable and courteous and always do a great job. The technician that serviced our unit today, is always on time, personable and services our unit to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Vertical Heating and Cooling for any HVAC need you may have.

Ben did an excellent job of performing our annual air conditioning servicing. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing. He asked if we had any questions or concerns. We have always had great service from Vertical Heating and Cooling.

Vertical Heating and Cooling company is awesome they came when they said they would, they were courteous and friendly, professional and they were contentious. They left things better then they found them. I asked for quotes on different units and they provided them promptly. They completed the job in a quick, efficient and timely manner without short cutting quality of work or safety.

The original consultation was friendly and informative. The service guys were on time, very friendly and walked me through the whole install. Everything was cleaned up and they even fixed the water hose coming from the humidifier that was installed incorrectly from a different company. Will definitely hire again!
