They are unprofessional they never call back, and their properties are horrible and unsafe trash over field all over the ground kids breaking into cars. No consequences keys always in the streets of the complex the management is disrespectful. Prices are too high for what you have to deal with no assigned parking your neighbor is hitting your car with your doors. Or come home to no parking loud music past 10 oclock. Or early in the morning music blasting its just ridiculous.

Manager Sandy Langendorfer, Assistant Manager Angela Stokesberry, Community Service Worker Tammy Shackleford, don't know how to do their jobs right, they only listen to Albertina Miranda and a few other tenants,they don't listen to both sides of the story! They don't protect their residents from abusers ! They terminated my tenancy by lies others told, they didn't hear it so they shouldn't react! They have been harrassing me for months, I had to live in black mold for over a year before they did anything about it.

Closed Columbus locations with less than minimal warning. Leaving hundreds of local senior residents without daily services, veterans included. Top of the chain scumbags. How do you maintain a nonprofit status, have "church " in your name and treat people this way in the area that it is headquartered? It's Absurd that they have millions in government contracts to supposedly take care of our elderly veterans and senior citizens in need and pull out of low income areas only to focus on wealthy neighborhoods. That is the exact opposite and purpose of a Nonprofit.
