This place is something else mice, roaches, & trashy.They wont accept rent in a lease or not to evict you! They bought the property & raised the rent to 250$ & more. The office manager tried to help & relocate some of the existing tenants, well they fired her! They bring in a cleaning crew at 7am who does that? What's left(tenants) leaves at the end of Oct, a crowded, loud, lack of moving trucks. Who does this at time when you go to popeyes & get little pieces of chicken yeah baby chicken yeah I'm white, gas prices through the roof, grocery stores lacking in supplies, & stupid people not getting vaccinated & dying everywhere, all ages, & race.

Updated: 10/15/2021 just watched the news saying as of 11/01/2021 rent will be $800 a month… !!!!! I would never ever ever pay $800 to live here I guess they are trying to avoid what’s happened up the street at colonial village.. this apt was by far the worst I have ever lived at in my entire life n to think people are still there living in how bad the current conditions and are facing having to pay $800 a month … noooo wayyyy I lived here for 1 year and could not wait to leave .. by far the worst place I have ever lived in my whole life.. I had a busted out window on the ground floor apt that was never fixed .. even during winter.. had to call codes to get maintenance to come fix my thermostat so I could use my heat.. the carpets where old n full of black mold.. living here physically made me sick.. I would never ever recommend anyone to move here!!!

This slumlord has raised the rent to $800 a month during covid and a housing crisis. Shameful!!!

I live here and I don't ever recommend this place to nobody not even my worst enemy I am glad me and my fiance are moving the emergency maintenance is trash they don't care and they are worthless if you are looking for a place vto live don't move here please it's not worth your money or your health
