Northgate Apartments & Townhouses

I enjoy living here in my second floor apartment. There are 4 units with a security door. It is a safe environment. Clean, friendly place to live. The maintenance crew are very helpful. The Office manager is friendly and easy to work with.

If you are thinking of moving here. Do Not. They are way overpriced for the conditions of the apartments and specially the PREDATORY ILLEGAL towing. They will tow anyones car within minutes or hours of being parked if it doesn’t have a “parking sticker” even if you have a visitor and there’s no one else using any of the other spots they will tow it and you will have to pay $180+ to get it back. They do not care, they have towed 9 cars from friends and family just from my apartment when no one is calling to complain. They have spotters to tell them to tow these cars THEY DO NOT HAVE THE PROPER SIGNS to let people know where they can and can’t park but they are QUICK to tow the cars.

i am so excited to move into my 1 bedroom townhouse!!! i am moving here in about a week and got the rent for the rest of the month for free. i have lived in a small studio apartment for the last 3 years for the same price as the 1 bedroom i'm getting northgate, and it's SO BIG!! the office staff, especially the manager, anita, were very kind & helpful during the process. thank you for all that you did!
