Been living here about 5 months and I have zero complaints. Maintenance is timely and very friendly. And always easy to get in touch with the front office as needed. Recently a bit mooch with renovations. But thats expected. So far so good !!

Super nice apartment and great location not too much in the middle of everything that its hard to get in and out and walking distance from everything you would need, I needed a quick move (2weeks over the holiday break) for the start of school from Cleveland and Dorian helped me through every step of the way to make sure I got moved in a quick as possible , the staff is super nice and from what Ive seen so are my neighbors ! My Only note is I hope they add some type of gym room somewhere

I recently moved into one of Sixty Springs renovated units and Im so pleased to call this place home! The application process was so effortless compared to other communities Ive leased. The location is great and super convenient to anything and everything imaginable. Ive met a lot great people living here already. I look forward to calling Sixty Spring home for the foreseeable future! Highly recommended you check it out for yourself!

I have loved living here, the rooftop patio has had some amazing improvements. Maintenance is quick and responsive. I have never waited longer we than 48 hours after putting in a request. Dorian and Emily are so helpful, they have really made my time here at sixty springs so amazing. I wouldnt want to live anywhere else!

Unfortunately our time at Sixty Spring was extremely unpleasant. The first week we moved in, our washer leaked and flooded the upstairs bathroom, which then leaked down onto the first floor. They had to replace the entire washer and dryer so we didnt have them for two weeks (you would think they would check before allowing a new tenant to move in). A few weeks later our dishwasher broke and also leaked. It then broke a second time. The pipes along the ceiling continued to leak every time we ran our washer and dryer and maintenance ignored and deleted our service requests after the first time. There was construction in the building the entire year we lived there and the workers did not speak English and would have stuff blocking the hallways and loud music playing from 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday. This was not ideal for my fianc who works from home and while I was finishing school. The fire alarms went off at least 2-3 times a month in the middle of the night and the management sent 24hour notice of entrys at least once a month to check or measure things in our apartment. The parking garage was overpriced for being under the building, having to park behind the person you lived with and only being a one way so you had to maneuver to let people in and out. It would leak when it rained, the hallways always had leaks, and there was piss and water in the elevator (if it was working). Lastly, our leasing agent Dorian was very friendly but misled us when stating that the gym was just around the corner but its actually the arena district gym which you have to drive to unless you want your workout to just be walking there. You then needed to purchase a parking pass if you decided to drive. Originally Dorian told us after our one year lease we could rent month to month since we didnt know exactly when wed be moving out of state. When it was time to make this decision a few months prior to our lease ending he told us that we would need to move into a different unit and that it would be an additional $200 a month because it had renovated floors. We asked to stay in our unit and he told us he would ask management and get back to us. We never heard from him again so Im sure you can guess what we ended up doing.
