I had my first visit with Brite now dental on Wilmington Avenue and I absolutely love this place. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and very very helpful. The dentist was very kind and gentle and he explained everything he was doing. My only problem is that their dental hygienist is out on medical leave and they dont have a replacement so I cant get started on my cleanings for four months. Dont quite understand that. Im willing to wait if I have to, but I would They just bring someone in to replace as a substitute. Just saying its not worth going though I really like this place.

I asked the office staff if they accepted my insurance and they said yes so I made an appointment and waited for that for awhile. One hour before my appointment they called me and said they dont actually accept my insurance. So I guess maybe ask multiple staff members if they accept your insurance before you make an appointment. Im in so much pain and have wasted all this time waiting for nothing.

Dont go here. They say they take insurance and its covered. A year later they will be sending you bills for the service saying your insurance didnt cover it. I have had consistent insurance and had to call them to work it out

I had my last wisdom tooth removed and it was a great experience, for being at the dentist. Needle was virtually painless and tooth was extracted quickly with very little discomfort. I was very pleased.
