Stay away. They will offer no assistance to get your dental insurance to make pay the bill. They will not transfer my credit from the insurance at Miamisburg office to Sugar Creek. The California Main office will harass you by telephone. 11 telephone calls later the tell me the $57.00 credit they have had for months they will not apply to my account.

I came here after years of not being to the dentist (almost 10). When the doctor finally came to me, he didn't tell me what he was doing or what was happening. He just started saying numbers and letters to the assistant and not giving me any information about what it meant. Then he just told me that I needed fillings (even though I was having no pain at all) and then left. It was very stressful and scary. I didn't feel taken care of, just another check on the to do list and after all that, they didn't even clean my teeth, which was the only reason I wanted to go because the dental hygienist all the sudden didn't have any free time.

They charged me $99 well my regular health insurance $99 for getting a “free” consultation. It wasn’t even billed to my dental insurance. I’ve called 3x and my husband has called 3x & they won’t return our calls for anything to fix it. Which is fine because now none of us are going back. They wait forever to put you in a chair, & then keep you waiting forever in the chair to see the dentist. So unprofessional.
