Excellent.. Kelly is the best hygienists I've ever had clean my teeth. She's professional friendly and explains everything she's doing. The doctors are great. The front office is super nice. Go to Bright Now Dental in Piqua. I guarantee you'll be pleased and happy with their service.

First of all my name is Debra Long. I tried to give Bright Now a zero star but it would not let me post this until I gave it a 1 star! went to Bright dental in November 2022 and purchased a set of dentures. Through my visits I was told by the dentist about the snap on denture implants several times, but decided at that point not to do it in February 2023 I received my new dentures . At the time I did get my dentures the top plate was loose and a soft lining was applied to the top denture! On New Years Day 2024 remember I finally got my dentures in February 2023 less then a year as February 2024 would be a year we had hamburgers and I took my first bite of the hamburger and my denture split directly in half. I called and made an appointment and rushed the next day to get my dentures fixed. I was told it would take 4 to 5 weeks, so at that time I felt I had no choice but to have them fix my denture they said they would repair it and I assumed it would be repaired looking like the way I dropped them off when I was there, they did suggest that I should take my denture to Aspen dental or to a dentist closer to me in town to see if they could repair it more quickly. I told them they made the denture and thought it would be the right thing for them to fix ! I was very upset they only guarantee for 6 months and break the molds after your 6 month appointment as I was told by the nurse! I thought they were guaranteed for a year! Yesterday I came into the office to pick up my top denture, and was horrified to find that I have a metal plate on the top of my denture , thats how they repaired it. I was told that they shouldnt break so that I should be happy about that I was not and then I had to pay to have that top denture relined again with a soft liner because it still did not fit. So I paid $150 to have my dentures repaired. I paid $132 to have the soft lining put on. I wore my dentures yesterday and when I got home and was ready for bed, I took my dentures out to soak and I was horrified and realized that the soft lining was already trying to come off. Im on a budget just like everybody else and I know that you need to make money, but I do feel like at this point , I was just being drowned of money. Thank God I did not get the snap on denture and when I laugh if I pull my head back youll see metal up on the roof of my mouth which is embarrassing and not what I paid for I am very unhappy with this company and with that particular office read my review and decide for yourself if you still wanna go I understand Im just trying to warn you to ask as many questions as you can. Do not go here unless you want scammed. Was told I needed a 5 year old crown they did replaced, a cavity filled and another crown placed. Dentist didnt even hardly talk to me just said well get your treatment plan together. Hygienist hands me my treatment plan $3500 being billed to my insurance and me being responsible for $1,800. I went somewhere else for a second opinion. They couldnt even find the cavity I supposedly needed filled or why I would need another crown. They are just scamming people for money. Dont go here!

Everyone at Bright Now Dental in Piqua Ohio are absolutely the best! My crowns are perfect. The technician made sure they were a perfect fit! I couldn't be happier!
