Dr. Gusching is nice, however the receptionist is very cold and rude. She is not easy to work with and should consider brushing up on her people skills.

Dr. Gusching and his staff are absolutely outstanding! I finally took the plunge to get braces at the age of 30 and everyone at the office made the process as easy as possible. Deb would always greet me with a smile and work with me to change appointments if something came up in my busy schedule. Brenda and Mary were amazing to work with as well. They were very helpful with any questions I had and made the visits less painful! I am a bit "meticulous" and when it came to a new smile I wanted everything to be perfect. Dr. Gusching made sure to ask me how I felt about every change along the way and made sure I was happy with the results. He is very professional and personable and didn't make me feel like "just another patient". I absolutely LOVE my new smile and the experience I had and I would highly recommend Dr. Gusching, no matter what age ;)
