I ended up purchasing the vehicle I inquired about. I had to drive 90 min to the dealership, but the dealership was easy to find, well staffed and had a wide selection of vehicles. Scott and Aaron both helped me during the process. Both were transparent, answered all questions thoroughly and treated me respectfully. Before I made the drive over, I asked for more pictures of the functions of the car and I had them within minutes. I did not go to the dealership with the intention to purchase that day, but was able to agree upon a deal that to me was fantastic, so I drove my new car home and loved every 90 minutes of it. I highly recommend reaching out to this dealership, Aaron and Scott especially. Thanks guys, loving my new Explorer!

I recently brought my 2014 Ford Focus in for it's 140k mile check up. Staff was courteous and took the time to go over and answer questions about the inspection report. While waiting I had my car appraised as I'm looking to eventually invest in another vehicle and the sales person while she was waiting for a customer appointment took the time to show me what the dealership had. I will definitely be back to see them for both service and my new vehicle.

Great experience from the beginning. Web site was easy to navigate. I identified a couple of trucks that I was interested in and notified them via the website. Within 5 min, I had a appointment set up the following day.
The purchasing was easy with the no haggle pricing. All the vehicles I looked at were as represented online and clean.

Wow, I've never purchased a car with so much ease. Alex & Morgan were on top of everything and I never had to wonder what the status of the sale was. And I never even met them! Super speedy sale and a delivery to MI. Very happy with this purchase.
