The service at Valley Ford is horrendous. The shop had my car for three weeks to do transmission work and also somehow neglected to reconnect my windshield wipers properly. When I got the car back and noticed that they werent working, I spoke to the tech about the issue and he was adamant that there was no way they could have made a mistake. He was exceedingly rude and dismissed me immediately. My husband then took my car back to the service center and the same tech was much more receptive to a man being present, even though I said the exact same thing to him. Even when we finally got the car back after another two days in the shop, we again tried to talk to the tech and the service manager about the terrible customer service we received, but we were dismissed. I dont want anyone else to go through what we had to. Between the senseless mistakes and blatant sexism, its just not worth it!
