Mt. Orab Ford

The Five stars for this review represent only my experience with the sales team at Mt. Orab Ford, and Steve in particular. Steve has done everything promised, and he was very nice to work with during my purchase of the 2020 Ford F-250 Super Duty Platinum. I have referred others to the dealership who are looking for their next ford vehicle. However, the service department needs improvement. Service would be two to three stars at best. I will be taking my Ford to Beechmont Ford for service, which is part of this particular dealer group.

Ask for Cory Morgan! Ive been looking for a certain F150 for a couple months now and decided to do an online search while I visited NKY from SC. I found the truck I wanted at Mt Orab Ford. I was promptly contacted by Cory. Cory, took the time to send plenty of pictures and videos so there would be no surprises. He was forthright and responsive to my questions. He was also very patient when I was unable to respond quickly due to my job. He navigated financing seamlessly. He even took the time to deliver the truck to my daughters house an hour away so I could maximize my visit with her. I have bought many cars in my time and dealt with all types salesman. Cory, is by far the most honest and genuine of them all. Which has prompted me to write my first ever review. Thank you for making an online out of state purchase perfect.

I got a car from the car dealership up in mount Orab auto mall and I had Nick Schumann help me look around and find one hes a cool guy really funny has tons of storys. Also hes very helpful about anything and will help you anyway possible he just makes buying a car very easy hes blunt with you and thats another thing I like about him. I would definitely go back to him in the future to get another car
