      image I had no service for no reason for 8 days but Joe F. I believe his name was , was able to help me out and get service restored. And the other lady there was really helpful as well went I went last week , employees are helpful. T mobile services and apple devices Im worried about.

      image Worst customer service I have ever experienced in all my years with T-Mobile. Waited for 30 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me, and that was another customer who said "she was waiting". I may actually go to a different provider if this is how long term customers are treated now. Seriously disappointed in this location.
