Do not rent with them very money hungry, and disrespectful staff, and multiple inadequate charges, almost as bad as Goldmark but at least their maintenance comes within weeks and not months! Also Tim should be fired! What embarrassment to have as a spokesman for your property management.

NEVER ever rent with this company! You are better off living in a cardboard box literally! The management and staff are terrible and will not work with you on anything! I wish I could leave 0 stars. By the looks of their ratings and reviews everyone else agrees. The unprofessionalism with Tim is horrendous! I sent many different emails with pictures, proof, and ND laws and Tim stopped responding since he didnt know how to handle anything that I was asking. If it was over a larger sum of money we would have definitely fought in court over it! Absolutely ridiculously terrible horrendous company! If you are reading this and thinking about renting with MeridianRUN!

STAY FAR FAR AWAY, IMPERSONAL SCAM ARTISTS.
Had to find a place in between moves and made the mistake of selecting Meridian. Moved in with an infant and had neighbors that threw wild parties with traffic clogging the driveway all hours of the night. Police told me it was up to management to handle the tenant and they did nothing. Tim accused me of being racist for making complaints and tried to have me sit down with the neighbors for a mediation because him and Jason were too afraid to do their jobs. Craziness There may be some professionals that work here, but not at the top, Tim leaves a lot to be desired. No idea why someone would put him in charge, he has no people skills and was a total insult to my family. If theres one thing hes good at, its scamming you out of your deposit and recommending cleaning places just to charge you again because it wasnt good enough. I think Tim likes to think he has some power, so beware they will take you for everything and then some, especially if you have any expectations of them to do their job, aside from taking your money of course. All of the one star reviews Ive read on here are totally accurate to the experiences Ive had with this company which is what motivated me to go ahead and post one. Their replies to honest reviews are downright offensive and take no responsibility for their obvious failures. Youre making yourselves look worse, please dont even waste your time replying to this.
Thank god Im not a renter because Im sure these people could ruin your history.
I hope Karma (BBB) dishes out something special for those deserving, Im sure you know who you are

It is so unfortunate that after being tenants since 2020, this is the bad taste left in our mouths as we leave. If only we had taken all of the reviews we saw seriously. The fact that you all are so cold and unempathetic to other people is so horrible.
If you ever plan on living anywhere else after you move out of their property then good luck to you. As soon as you give your notice or they realize youre planning to move, an evil switch goes off. All you have to do is scroll down to see how they respond to the negative reviews. Theyre very unempathetic liars, they dont care that their customers are humans with lives and that things can go sideways at any moment. I moved all the way to Dallas and the only reason I kept getting rejected by apartments was because of lies and over exaggeration of things that really happened. This Lydia person is the worst person you can talk to at that office. The only good recommendations are people who havent tried to leave these evil people yet
I already have a report in to the Dept of Housing and Urban development equal housing opportunity and the better business bureau
