I have been renting with these guys a couple years. Today I had the maintenance guy Jacob fix a few things that broke. Quick and professional. Issues where resolved shortly after putting in a request. 5/5 great place to rent. Great people working for them!

Absolutely amazing customer service! We worked with Austin in particular, and he was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable from the very first phone call to handing us the keys. He answered every one of our questions before we asked and was extremely thorough and patient walking us through the process. This was our first time renting an apartment without the help of family to guide us so he made a spooky transition easy and comfortable! I dont have enough kind words to say about him and would love to leave more reviews wherever I can! Thank you Austin! :D

My family has rented through Campbell Properties Bluestem locations for over five years and our experience has been great. They always are respectful and professional with any problems or issues I've had. The building I'm in is very sound resistant and the maintenance team have responded quickly and follow up to make sure we're happy with our home. Most recently, Jacob, one of their maintenance staff, helped fix all requests we put in. He was knowledgeable and respectful of entering and working in our home. Great experience!
