Braaten Property Management & Maintenance

Back in 2020, my upstairs neighbor flooded my apartment and nothing was done. My bathroom ceiling is falling in. There is mold groing in the corners of some of the bedrooms. Also the balcony has boards that are broken and u could have your foot fall into the crack. She never can get her paperwork right. we had to go to the back to prove we paid 2 months of rent. We were told that "theres a line of 18 people waiting" So very unprofessional P.S. she isnt even fixing the unit. Shes just covering up the mold and inperfections

Our family has been living in one of their properties for 3 years and will continue to until we are ready to purchase our own home. You will be hard pressed to find another place that shows as much grace and care as Jordan does with Braaten Properties. Both management and maintenance have always treated us like we matter and have worked hard to ensure we have a safe and friendly environment to call home. We live in a building that has a community of tenants that look out for each other and work together to help each other out when needed and its a great place to be!
