I don't know why Helzberg doesn't advertise! I stumbled on this store by accident when I visiting Wilmington on one of my regular trips down the coast, and I'm glad I did! I had an outstanding customer experience six weeks ago with a sales staffer named "Spencer." He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional. It wasn't just that he knew jewelry (which he clearly did and his passion for the business was undeniable) but he made time to learn about me. Wow! I was impressed! That's so unusual that I still remember "Spencer" these many weeks later. If Spencer is any indication of the quality that Helzberg is all about, I'll be sure to recommend that store to more people. Of course, my experience with chain stores like this is that they rarely know the talent they have so I wouldn't be surprised if they can't keep Spencer. Here's the secret: It's not that hard really--pay him more. It's an investment that pays off again and again. That's what I did with my store. It's why I had the best sales staff and best customer experience of anyone in my district.And oh yes, we were the most consistently profitable too year after year. Take it from an old pro: reward the talent and the rest will fall in place. Thank you Spencer for a great customer experience. It made me happy to spend money. And that's a rare thing indeed!

My wife and I found several rings here for her that we really liked, but the sales girl was so pushy, we felt very put off and left. They really need to work on customer service because they seem to have nice inventory.
