Izabel was amazing! She was patient and took her time to make sure that we loved what we were looking at. She was able to work some numbers that made us feel comfortable. Love that the store was able to pre-qualify without pulling credit automatically!

My wife and I drove over an hour to this Helzberg location for support with a purchase we made at a different location awhile back. Upon arriving, we were greeted by Laura, who was immediately very welcoming and sympathetic to our situation. The entire team was pleasant and wonderful to work with, but Laura personally walked us through every step of trading in the ring and patiently waited while we decided on the best option for us. She went above and beyond to ensure that my wife was happy not only with her new engagement ring but also with a matching band to go with it. Laura took our incredibly stressful situation and completely turned it around for the better. We will absolutely return to this location in the future for all related needs and be sure to recommend them to others.
