        Spent $15,000 on a Zac Posen ring and had it customized with insurance. Since then, the diamond fell out and even though I had routine cleanings and inspections helzberg diamond is trying to charge me almost $5,000 to have it replaced. Customer service from the store and corporate have been rude and act as if it is my own fault. It is my wedding ring. It's important to me. They treated me and my as we are to blame. Do not purchase anything from them. They do not stand behind their products.
