Friendly people in my experience, no lines and quick to get what I needed sorted out. Shame that this branch is closing at the end of this year.

The tellers at this bank are so awful I've been driving 20 minutes past this location to go the the one on College Rd. so I avoid being treated like garbage. The woman who "greets" people as they walk in is so rude, it's shocking how long she's had a job there. The two old ladies behind the counter do everything in their power to make things difficult for customers. I once tried to order Euro for a trip overseas and those two biddies certainly made me regret it! When I started work for a new company they held my first paycheck for 10 business days, because the teller didn't recognize the company name, said she wanted to make sure I wasn't getting scammed...? I recently sold a car to Carvana, they've never heard of them either, so they held a certified check, again saying it was for my own protection. I'd rather go to the DMV than this bank!!!
