This is 100% the most positive and encouraging atmosphere I have ever been in. I was very nervous and intimidated on my first day to just get out of my car and walk in - but I am so happy I did. Everyone here is SO kind, uplifting and supportive. I am so happy and excited to continue my fitness journey here. If you're thinking about trying this place out - you really should .. you won't regret it! 🤗

If you want to push yourself mentally and physically, then this is the place for you. The onboard program is second to none, and Johnny is the best! Everyone at this gym is amazing. I HIGHLY recommend it!

Solid gym, great programing. The people who attend the classes are from all walks of life and are at different skill levels so you'll always feel welcomed.

The gym has recently come under new ownership and I can’t say enough about the programming and vision. Curt and holly are 100% invested in each individual’s goals and success. The atmosphere is welcoming and all of the athletes are just as excited as you for every gain. Give it a try.
