My brother has a membership here and referred this gym to me . I called and told the receptionist I was interested in getting a membership but wanted to know more about the gym and lets just say marketing must not be her specialty. Her answers were very short and she provided no feedback or insight. This was our conversation:
Me: what are the prices?
Receptionist: $40 (goes silent)
Me: Ummm is there any special prices for group or couples?
Receptionist: couples are $70(goes silent)
Me: What are your hours? Do you close at a certain time or are yall 24hr?
Receptionist: Were open 24 hrs (goes silent again)
Me: Okkk I heard yall also offer childcare while at the gym, is that correct?
Receptionist: yea we have a daycare but no one to look after any kids.
Me: (Confused) huh!? Never mindthank you for your time.
I felt like I was bothering her by inquiring about the gym. I mean she did not elaborate on anything. She was just very short with me for no reason. It was just like she could care less if they gained a new customer or not. I looked on the website and there were different pricing options that she did not bother to promote. Is this how you treat people interested in supporting your business? I think Ill pass.

It's a pretty solid gym. Pretty basic stuff, it's a little cramped in there but you'll never really wait for a machine to open up. I've been there for almost a year and it's been slightly packed maybe 2 times. I had to cancel my membership because I just had a baby and I might pcs. There isn't any ego lifters, nobody yells when they lift and everyone is pretty chill. If you want to go to a gym where nobody tries to give you tips on lifting, not have to wait on equipment and a 24hr gym this is the one. It is a little cramped but that's ok

I ran into the child care issue as well, however, me and the owner came to a great solution. I go while everyone else is at work so Ive never seen the gym crowded. Its never been unclean when I went and Ive even come in during the time while they are sanitizing.

It's a pretty outdated gym for what they charge. Equipment has been out of order for several months (yet you're still paying a maintenance fee). Most of the cardio machines aren't plugged in, and most of the treadmills inclines don't work. They advertise for free childcare and free classes yet they don't have either. The equipment is dirty and clearly the staff doesn't clean the equipment, let alone vacuums the place. The place claims to be 24/7 for those members who pay for the access but has closed a few times for parties in the gym at night.

Hello, I've been going to this gym for months and I love it! The atmosphere is so positive and uplifting. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend!
