PuroClean did a great job when your basement partly flooded because of a plumbing issue in our basement. I had a newborn, literally happened while I was in the hospital, and they were quick, accommodating and very respectful our situation. I would recommend them because they were quick, affordable and communicated great with my husband.

John and Wayne were complete professionals, very knowledgeable, thorough and made a special effort to explain all that was being done as it was being done. Everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. The crew was very respectful of my home. I would recommend PuroClean without hesitation.

We had a water leak that got under our hardwood floors and caused the boards to buckle for about 20'. Todd from PuroClean came in to examine & make moisture measurements. They explained what they were doing and described what would be done to remedy the situation. My fear was the hardwoods would need to be replaced. Not so! The PuroClean team setup their drying equipment and after 3 days the water was removed and the floors started to lay down. They were thorough in their analysis and clean up effort, coming to our house each day to check on progress. They went into the crawl space to check the subfloor & joists and did some remediation underneath the house. I am very pleased with their work and professionalism. What could have been an even worse disaster was made right by PuroClean.
