Our experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The initial evaluation was fast, but the work was underwhelming. We had to repeatedly ask about many things, such as using a containment wall. It was difficult to communicate with the team. It could have been much better if they were more transparent about the process. They said they will connect us to a general contractor, who never called.

When I had my washing machine backflow, I called 1-800 Water Damage. Within 7 minutes of receiving my call, I had Patrick Griffin at my door ready to evaluate the damage.
He walked my through the next steps, and sent out a technician to start cleaning up the damaged flooring and drywall.
He followed up several times over the next few weeks to make sure that I was happy with the work done, and to see if I needed any additional help with my insurance claim.
You never want to need to call a water mitigation specialist, but if you have to, you can't beat this team! They made things so much less stressful for me!

Red and his people answered my call for service without hesitation.
He and Lee took charge and did exactly what they had to do to stop further damage and control/remove what had already been ruined.
