I always receive amazing service and care at Dr. Scotts offices, and this time was no different. Additional testing was needed, and they were able to pivot and accommodate my needs to do testing in-house during the same visit since I live outside of the Raleigh area. Im appreciative of the care and concern; I always feel like VIP. Ill continue to drive the distance to receive quality care and service from Dr. Scott and his staff.

I was told I would receive my biopsy in a few business days. It's been over a week, Carolina Elite Women's Care have had the results for several days, and will not release the results to me unless it is told over the phone by Dr. Scott. I have tried reaching Dr. Scott for several days now and it is next to impossible trying to get him on the phone. I don't feel respected as a patient, I feel like I'm just giving my doctor another check from my health insurance company. I would not recommend Dr. Scott. Edited: I received a phone call from Dr. Scott IMMEDIATELY after I posted this review, which is even more disappointing. The voicemail, which I received at 7pm at night literally said, "I certainly was not ignoring you I wanted to talk more detail about test results for you...let's talk tomorrow I'll be in the office from 8am-5pm", no results were given to me. I called twice and left messages. Since my results were about if I had pre-cancer or cancer, I have had high anxiety for 8 days now. I was given terrible customer service, terrible patient care, and even worse communication. Nobody should ever have to go through that.

Dr.Scott and his team are awesome. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and worries and answers your questions in great detail. He made me feel at ease throughout the whole pregnancy and during delivery. Absolutely fantastic Doctor and team.
