    Dr. Davis and Gruber have treated me for at least 20 years. I have many ailments but my lower back and arthritis is the most troublesome. The treatment plan created for me has helped tremendously!. Ive always received caring, thoughtful and by far the best medical care I could ever hope for. The staff has been kind and professional every time I call or come in for an appointment. The phlebotomists are top notch! Ive been told I have rolling veins, but they NEVER have a problem. When the results of my blood work return, i I always receive a call from Dr. Davis or a nurse. Ive recommended many co-workers and family to MedOne and they all hold this practice in high regard. As a transplant from NJ to NC I feel so Blessed to have found youall!

    I've been going here a few years now and PSA Tyler Cassidy is great - he is very knowledgeable and listens carefully to the patient. However, the competence of the office staff is questionable. I'm currently undergoing PSA monitoring (potential prostate cancer) as recommended by PSA Cassidy (Labcorp is right there so it's easy). I arrive for my blood draw appointment and office staff tells me they can't do anything. They never obtained the specific authorization from PSA Cassidy and were not willing to call him as it was his day off (either the authorization should have been done in advance or they should not have scheduled me on his day off). The office manager seemed afraid to call him for some reason - I'm guessing they'd rather cover their mistakes versus doing the right thing for the patient.

    Women beware, you are not a healthcare professional. You dont know what is going with your body at all and by assuming you do, you infuriate the health care professional of Med One Medical Group and they will fire you. You must come in every time you have any womens issue. No way will they ever provide medicine over the phone for common feminine issues because they dont have any health care professionals who can speak to the women over the phone, ask questions/ triage, and reasonably diagnose and therefore treat suspected simple issues which only affect their female population. Even if its a couple weeks before the holidays, they have no same day appointments, theres traffic and you have other obligations. Youll have to make time for a pelvic exam and wait for labcorp since they dont have a microscope in house to evaluate. THEN, and only then will the health care professional of Med One Medical Group be able to definitively treat your symptoms. Because according to them, the only legal, just, and right way to treat common feminine issues is in person and a woman with a pap on file and recent lab work could have some other vaginal condition which would otherwise kill her should she receive the wrong treatment first

    Dr Davis has the best bedside manners. She is a caring physician & always try to lead you in the right direction to improve your help . She is a 10! I have been going here about 10 years . I started when they were on Spring Forest Rd . I will continue to follow her because she is that good!

Hi Karen, We are sorry to see you change your review several times and have you this infuriated. As a convenience, we offer telehealth visits and will call in prescriptions for appropriate and up to date conditions. We also have same day appointments and would have been happy to see you, but you declined. We understand your struggle that this happened to you over the holidays and the issue of having to drive in traffic....we cannot help that. You have not been seen for nearly a year and, with no disrespect, we cannot accept a patient self diagnosing and then calling our office to tell us what they believe their diagnosis is and the medications they feel they need. We have called in prescriptions before for many patients, but your situation is different. There are standards of care put in place by the medical board, prescription policies and malpractice guidelines to protect the health and interest of patients. We are not interested in your $20.00, and to be honest, after how you spoke to the staff, would rather not have you come to the office. If you feel you can properly self diagnose, than please find a pharmacist / pharmacy willing to accept your self diagnosis and receive the medications (without a prescription) you feel you require directly from them. If you are not happy with the standards of healthcare, please become active in local and/or national politics and make the changes you feel are needed. You have been very rude to the staff and will be receiving a discharge letter shortly. We're happy to forward your medical records to your desired physicians office upon your written authorization. You are being fired from the practice because we are not interested in having you, or anyone like you, as a patient when you continue to respond way you have, while we're simply acting in your best interest. This was not your first incident either, Karen. We wish you all the best.
