        Horrible management. We had the same tech for 3 years, Frank. After he left we have been extremely dissatisfied. The manager doesn't seem to know what she is doing. Just tells us what we want to hear with no follow up. I would not recommend this company. it is a shame because we were so happy with Frank but nobody can come close to his work and customer service.
