I purchased a new Hot Springs Highlife Aria Spa from Atlantic last year and it finally arrived after 9 months of waiting. The in-person sales consultation and delivery were great, and they were able to place it exactly where I wanted it with ease. I did have an issue with a change order not being entered into their computer and they made it right, replacing the selections I changed after delivery - better stairs and ozonator instead of salt system. I also had no issue getting them to agree to replace a corner that was cracked at time of delivery, although I'm still waiting on that one. I do wish they gave me some sort of start-up tutorial for the chemistry when it was delivered as well as a run-down of maintenance I have to do - what needs added or cleaned and when to do so, as that's been rather intimidating and tricky to get right for a first time owner, but they have been answering my questions on it when I call in and speak to their sales reps. I'm loving the Aria, it's a very high quality product, and I'd recommend the Hot Springs spas to anyone looking at buying a hot tub.

We have been waiting for a part since 2/21 with little to no communication about when it might arrive. We have been told to call the manufacturer ourselves as we might get better service calling directly. This a a warrantied item and we should have received by now and should not have been asked to call the manufacturer.
