I can't say enough good about the maintenance department. They are quick to respond and quick to complete work orders. They also do an awesome job keeping up with the pool.

avoid it at all costs. the price is not worth it. i started at a lower rate and by time lease renewal (which was a year later and 6 months ) it was up almost $450. did they upgrade ? no they moved the next person right on it. they kicked me out and a few others in the building, but i didnt care because i wasnt staying there past the 6 month mark anyway. they did me a favor. im in a much bigger space that is worth the price.

Beautiful place I loved it. I have a note that there are no entertainment spaces for children. Our children do not find a place for fun and entertainment. There was a problem at the first entrance 5001 purely, there is a bump to enter the car, which is incomplete, and therefore it constitutes great damage

Guys, why did you raise the price of laundry? You increased everybody's rent by $100 overall the past year, why didn't that help with the facility maintenance? The units are the same, nothing has changed.
