        Terrible office staff! Bring the old crew back!

        My car was towed off the property because I had no permit. I've lived here for a year and was not given any information on permit parking . I went into the office a Barry said they sent out letters which they left on the door knob.. smh.. Because I didn't receive the letter that was sloppy placed on my door- it cost me 150. I was in office last month to recertify and the staff still did not attempt to follow up on the letter that was sent out - just to make sure I got it.. Also you have my email - why not email me important communication s?.. Update.... Still having issues with this place.. smh Was unable to get into my apt. last night because something was wrong with my lock. I reached out for emergency assistance for maintenance but was told to call a locksmith if I wanted to get in.. .. The only reason for me returning last night was because maintenance was working in my apt. They were the last ones to lock the door. So when they suggested I go spend money on a locksmith instead of coming out to take care of my emergency it frustrated my situation even more. I am so over this place, I pay my rent on time every month with no issues so I expect fast results with no issues. If your looking for somewhere peaceful with no headaches and no hidden expenses this is NOT the place. Because of River Birch management sloppy handling of policies and procedures it cost me all the time. The headache is not worth living here. Management has got to do better. In the end to save me some money- I called a friend to assist me with getting my door open. Maintenance did NOT come.. If my friend did not show up. My baby and myself would have probably slept in the car. They really truly do NOT genuinely care about their tenants well being, and it was proven last night. Can't wait for my lease to be up so I can move. Feel like I had enough of this circus.

        I received a warm welcome and mainance always resond . Also I haven't had any problems with the neighbors. I just wish the laundry room and work out room was open on the weekends .otherwise everything is great
