Bell Jones Franklin

We moved into Bell Jones Franklin a few months back and didn't expect an apartment complex would be run so amazingly well. The people who work here make you feel cared about and listened. You are not just a number, or a tenant, you are a part of a community. The residences are beautiful, and the grounds are great. Vanessa and Dustin are just wonderful. Always smiling, always there for you. The maintenance team is on top of it and super nice as well. Hope to call this home for several more years.

Came here to say I had the best move in experience. The staff is very personable and made the process all so effortless and easy. The maintenance staff has been very responsive to things that needed attention. Im really excited to call Bell Jones Franklin my new home. Shout out to Vanessa who has made this experience possible. Here is my fair review after living here for several months. While the community team offers a pleasant environment overall, I strongly advise against leasing an apartment on the top floor at Bell Jones Franklin apartments, here is why: One of the most pressing concerns that I've encountered is the recurring issue of roof leaks! For several months, I've been struggling with this issue, repeatedly submitting repair requests, only to be told that the problem had been resolved. However, each subsequent rainfall brought with it a reminder that the issue remained unresolved. It was only after escalating the matter to the community manager that a more solid effort was made to address the root cause of the leak. Regrettably, even after this intervention, the problem persists, leaving me with a makeshift solution for a couple of months nowa gaping hole covered with plastic and tape. To be 100% fair I was told once again that it will be fixed by next Monday. In addition to the roof leaks, another drawback of being on the top floor is the intrusive noise generated by the building's infrastructure. The presence of metal rain drainage and exterior amplifies the sound of rainfall to a degree that can be disruptive, particularly for light sleepers. I slept many rainy nights with an ear plug to be able to sleep! Furthermore, the placement of AC units on the roof exacerbates the issue, as the vibrations from their operation are felt within the top-floor apartments. As someone sensitive to noise disturbances, this constant background hum has been a source of considerable discomfort. As such, while the lease office team is great, the buildings drawbacks, particularly for top-floor residents, cannot be overlooked, and I wouldnt recommend leasing an apartment on the top floor here.
