Went for a showing to buy a place for my son and his buddies time at NCSU. I am sure at one time, it could have been a cool place to live, full of college kids. But now, after COVID, when the kids were forced to leave campus, the owners and rental companies just rented to anybody who needed a place. The unit we toured looked like a flop house or third world hostel compared to the realtor's flattering pictures. In one of the bedrooms, I couldn't swear somebody didn't poop on the carpet, and the whole thing stunk of weed. Don't buy there, don't rent there, unless your only other choice is to live in your car.

House quality is extremely bad. I would suggest Park wood or Trinity Properties.

(Translated by Google) My apartment was partial underground. I'm not sure if this is the reason that I never stopped fighting with BUGs for the entire year. Millipedes, cockroaches, spiders, etc. And the complex is not well managed. Management office is remote and has a terrible accountant. It took me 7 months to retrieve my over paid water bill. I live on the ground floor, there are many worms, and the horses are all kinds of spiders. I opened my eyes. The community does not have its own property, the company is managed by the outside, and the accounts are confusing. It took seven months, countless tongues, to recover the overpaid water fee, a very bad experience. (Original) My apartment was partial underground.
