The AC system is very old and bad And the new manager shes really mean and shes not ready to hear anything I just want to warn everyone and want you to know the truth, neighbors are really good but the complex , service and staff not good and not friendly at all and they said that we never made a deposit but we did .

The worst complex ever please save your money and go somewhere else they said we never paid a deposit but we did payed a deposit of 700$ and nobody ever fixed anything and kitchen was really old and you cant even complain to them

The stove was broken and the refrigerator was really loud that we couldnt sleep because of it AC doesnt work in every summer and i stayed over there for 2 years and took them 2 months to fix it Very very bad costumer service

I am a tenant of the condominium and I notify by these means that the attention of the administrative part of the condominium is unpleasant and terrible the attention that they offer to the resident at the moment of placing a complaint does not solve anything, there is no parking for the vehicles and what is there residents who have 3 or more cars and the condominium is aware and the solution they give us is to move to another building and charge more instead of fixing the problem, the gates are always damaged
