Ive lived at Marq for about 6 months now and Im super happy with my decision to move here. Elizabeth, India, Lauren, and the entire maintenance crew have all been extremely professional, kind, attentive and helpful. Our maintenance requests are completed quickly, often times the same day its submitted, and our emails to the office are answered in a timely manner. The apartment itself was clean when we moved in. Our apartment is spacious and has lots of windows which we love. The amenities are always clean and the pool is very nice. The only real downside my roommate and I have experienced so far is a car break-in, which most apartment complexes nearby have been experiencing as well so its not an issue exclusive to Marq. Overall I would recommend living here!
