        I am so happy I dont own a ford! Unfortunately my company does and my god what a nightmare this place was. They are not specific on where you need to go to take your vehicle so I went to 3 different bays before I finally found where to drop it off. When I was in the parking lot one of the mechanics almost hit my work truck with someones car because he floored it pulling it into the bay. Then I finally pull into the correct bay and there is an associate just standing in the way not paying any attention. I mean this place is a hot mess and frustrating at best I will just stick with my Toyota they have much better service and customer service! Dj's diner is the best part about the entire place!!!
