Im trying to figure out why this Auto Zone is not open at 8:50 am when it opens at 8 oclock am so now its i inconvenient to me, and the 5 other people that have been here because now I have to go all the way to Indian Trail thanks a lot Auto Zone . Way to start off my Sunday.

Fantastic and convenient store.Chris and Tim were friendly, amazing and funny. Definitely one of my favorite AutoZone locations.

I'm confused by some of the reviews here because I just experienced the best service I have had from this Autozone in the past couple of years!
I came here around 11AM today (Wednesday, 6/7/23) because I needed a new battery. Dominique sold me a new battery, installed it and even applied a product that would prevent corrosion around the battery terminals in the future. Removing the battery was no easy task due to the corrosion however, it didn't seem to bother Dominique at all. It was very humbling to say the least.
Dominique went above and beyond to assist me, which is very rare these days. I know because I'm a former Multi-Store Sales Manager for T- Mobile with over 20 years of experience in retail and customer care. Good employees are easy to spot out because there are so many bad ones. Dominique is a good employee.
So is Quinn, one of the managers at this location. Quinn was putting up the new stock that had arrived that morning and observing employees as they assisted customers. She made sure Dominique sold me the correct product for removing corrosion from my battery terminals. She even said it was her job to make sure her employees sold customers the right product every time. That's the right attitude to have if you're going to be a manager in retail so, it warmed my heart to see her in action.
Dominique & Quinn - Thank you so very much for your help today. I appreciated your assistance so very much and I hope to deal with you guys in the future.
Everyone else who reads this- Before you leave a review, make sure you're giving these people a break. Experience is needed for this job, especially when dealing with car repair and new employees take awhile to train. You should always be doing your own research as well before you go in or call for assistance.

I called to get a price on a wheel bearing and brake assembly, and was told it was $70. I confirmed multiple times that the price was for the whole assembly and not just half of the parts..the gentleman confirmed. He also was not sure of my car make and who makes FJ, but they are not very common so I gave him the benefit of the doubt.
I only have 1 car so I packed a backpack and hiked 2.5 miles one way to get there for the part I need, only to be told that the part was $190...and not the $70 I was told. The price I was given over the phone was just for half of it. I didnt appreciate the incorrect amount I was given when I asked multiple times if it included both the hub and assembly.
I blame myself for not double checking online, and I would encourage you to do the same. You would think that they know cars and what they are talking about, but I don't think that's the case.
