        Honestly the worst service i have EVER received. the people on the front end are just as much to blame for the chaotic behavior that happens up front. Yolonda,Lynn and deanna were anything but helpful. the way they talk to their customers and treat them is horrible. No updates on anything even when signed in with the app and when you ask they act as if you are inconveniencing them. i understand being backed up and having callouts and long wait times but how you treat your customers in the meantime is just as important. no one wants to go to a place that has you waiting for hours (even with an appointment) and treats you like garbage. not impressed by the staff or treatment. I never wrote bad reviews so this speaks volumes to me. DONT COME HERE
