I have banked their for many years even when it was Bank Of Granite. Not happy with it now. Closes early and have run into rude tellers

All I have with them anymore is a safe deposit box and even that they have poor customer service sometimes they don't have a key to open the box they close at 4 this is definitely the bottom of the barrel bank

One star isnt bad enough. If i could tell you how many times ive been stranded with my family out of town with my card denied (having money), and the bank manager tell me , "im taking time out of day to help you with your little problem". Stuck out of town unable to put fuel in my work trucks and pay for my famalies dinner is not a little problem. A truck driver overheard me on the phone and paid saying capital is the worst bank ever. Cards dont work in redbox because redbox needs to update software??? Have to use my pin and cant run credit, which gives a scimmers full access to your account. Told nothing would change during the switch over to first tn two days ago. Walked upto my bank along with 5 others there closing an hour early now. Needed the money for equip at a farm auction where i was to get 90 thousand dollars in hay baling equip for 2800. Called customer service and he stayed on the line trying to call the bank with all employees staring at me as im pointing answer your phone! Manager came out and i explained my situation and he snickered. Now ive been working my 100 acre farm all day so i dont look rich. But don't judge a book by its cover. Ive run over 600,000 dollars thru that bank and he treats me like i asked for change. The customer rep made him go in the bank and wait so i could go try to get a cash advance from the bank next door. So he could verify funds. He said i leave at 5 or your out of luck. This isnt even half of their disrespectful attitude toward customers. The downtown Hickory manager turned me down, when i had an account, because my employee had face cancer and looked rough. He just looked at him and said i cant help you. The only branch at the time! I got both managers fired calling every number i could find. I didnt switch because i needed a bank in tn and nc. But i dont care now. I dont care that im well off or not you treat people like people, not dogs. Everyone of them whispered and laughed at me. I have more than all 7 of you combined, so get your head out your asses and get some respect. You lost alot of money today and alot to come. I can only hope this bank fails completely so no one has to be treated like me. Im sorry i had dirt on me and dirt underneath my fingernails, but we built this damn country while you wreck it. Good job!

Not very impressed!! I went in to cash a check that was written on this bank. I was told it would be a $3.00 charge. Another fee?, I assume!
