I only deal with the online because they're real customers service reps in store are ruthless, rude, and liars.

The store manager practically THREATENED TO COME TO MY HOUSE AFTER THE STORE WAS ALREADY CLOSED TO RETRIEVE AN ITEM THAT WAS PRE LEASED THEY SCRATCHED MY WOOD FLOOR WHEN IT WAS Delivered and besides that I am sick and I said I did not want anyone in my home after dark. I am also disabled. I advised him that I would have the item. Put outside my door on Monday. By the maintenance man, I am only one payment behind. You would have thought I was running from them for $53. This is really a smack in the face. After I've bought a pair of so many things from this store. I feel disrespected. I feel threatened and I feel not appreciated as a customer. I have to watch my back. Because these people have I am going to file a police report and get a restraining order against the manager of the store and whoever else was employed at this store. There's no respect coming from this store. So why should my money be invested in anything such as errands? And I am going to call the Corporate office because I feel disrespected. He was yelling at me like I was a kid like his mother gave birth to me. His Name is SHAWN ------ SO IF MY HOME IS VANDALIZED BROKEN INTO OR I AM HARMED HOLD AARONS AND THIS OVERLY AGGRESSIVE MANAGER ACCOUNTABLE!!!!! COMPLETELY FLOORED by his threats and actions this all over $53.00 after I've spent thousands of $$$$$ where is the respect NOWDAYS!!!

I was in the hospital on two different occasions within the month prior to being in the hospital. I was on time with my payment for a treadmill that had been marked down anyway because I got it off the floor because someone else had returned it. Its not a very good treadmill needless to say but I injured myself and I was in the hospital. Plus Im battling kidney failure so of course Aarons call-center calls me calls me calls me while Im in the hospital fighting for my life. The one representative Trish was very understanding. Very nice girl then after getting out the hospital the first time needless to say my luck is crazy. I hurt my knee and fell and I had a concussion but by this time Aaron had already took a payment. Another payment was due mind you my payments are four days apart 28th and on the fourth , so Im getting calls again again and again and again the one girl that called me while I was in the hospital undergoing treatment for my concussion said to me youre in the hospital again with an attitude mind you my payments are only $46 so now Im home first week home and Im getting harassed harassed and harassed. I have bought lots of stuff from errands. Paid it off in full stuff that caused way more than a damn treadmill I use treadmill at that , the Shaun calls me after hours tonight on a Friday and its not trying to hear nothing Im saying I told him I would pay two payments on the 28th which my next pay would be due but I am late one payment which was due on the fourth, but I was going to catch this up to remind everyone other bills besides, a treadmill were due when I got home from the hospital like rent like electric like water like gas, life insurance things of those nature that keep your life going. The treadmill was the last of my priority, but I knew I had to pay it because I paid my bills the store manager Shaun basically threatened me after I told him no one is coming in my house. I would have Maintenence take the treadmill outside when he wants to schedule to pick it up on Monday he starts yelling and said hes gonna come and pick it up his self right now. Mind you its dark outside and Aarons closed , my friend is harassment and you think youre gonna force your way inside my house you got another thing coming because the police will be here had no compassion for me being sick fighting for my life. Hes worried about $46 do not do business with this errands if the manager asked this way , just think of how it trickles down to the employees that explains by the young lady said again when I was in the hospital, I have bought plenty of things from them but this right here is pure disrespect and I feel threatened. I feel disrespected, and at this point my anxiety has hit the roof from the constant calls early in the morning where I cant get rest trying to heal up three and four calls a day for $46. I suggest you buy your stuff outright from a real furniture store and do not do business with at least this errands on Westgate city they disrespectful I dont appreciate it. Ive invested a lot of money in this place I bring business back to this place and this is how you get treated your loyalty does not count here so do not try to do business with this errands. Theyre despicable, disrespectful and not worthy of anyones business and Im going to Corporate with this one because now my heart rate is racing. My blood pressure is 200/96 they dont care if youre just fighting for your life getting out the hospital on your deathbed as long as they can get a dollar from you thats all that matters and Shaun really disrespected me and I find it , really really embarrassing for errands furniture store or whatever theyre called for him to be representing them and treating people returning customers such as myself like this, you wouldve thought I was a junkie on the street that where he screamed and yell at me and hung the phone up. I feel disrespected and Im standing on that and I do not want anyone from Aaron coming to my home without Police being present , now you have it in writing
