Told them to come get it two months ago. Still sitting in my house not working. Its a fridge. I do not think they even care that its not working. They want me to keep it because it is a dump. I wish I could gave no stars.

I initially canceled a online order due to misinformation... and poor customer service at this location just made it that more important to me to cancel....so I called the N Tryon store to get a refund and they said it would be issued in a check and I will receive it in 10 business days I said cool...so the 10th business day came I called and told them nothing came yet...the manager told me for the 1st time on the 10 business day that my check didn't get processed until the 8th mind you this is 7 days after I actually was told my check was being issued so the means I have to add a week automatically...so I waited another and I called back today which is the 22nd and still no check...so they finally gave me a number to call after them telling me they will call me back (N Tryon) and they never call back EVER... I called the number they gave me now I have to wait a additional 24 to 48 hrs to receive information on my check that I think should of just got returned to the my debit card I made the deposit from initially I mean that's what normal establishments do right... All I'm saying is if your desperate enough to buy these overpriced items and pay 4x as much do not go with the N Tryon store in Charlotte NC you will regret it I think any good review is a paid reviewer on here because their SUPER GHETTO and they all seem miserable...Note that I started my refund process on Feb 2nd and it's Feb 21 and I still aint got my refund back and I'm still getting different information from the N Tryon store and corporate and its all because of the N Tryon store not giving a sh$%

The communication at this location is terrible I placed an order online & my item was pending delivery I waited weeks to get an update online. When I finally got an update I saw that my Order was canceled & nobody called me to say nothing! I called the store & was told I would get a call back but nobody called me back, so I called again a few days later & finally got someone who informed me I would need to create a new lease & they were unable to accommodate the online deal so I had to make a payment since it was an in-store merchandise, I felt that was really inconvenient. We scheduled a delivery date for early morning & then I get a call the day of delivery from a girl who asked if she can reschedule me for noon but says my delivery will be at 5:30pm due to the store being short staff. At this point Im so tempted to just cancel everything if they dont show up today. This is ridiculous & this has been the worse experience I ever had to deal with from this location!

So I made an online order. Purchased it with promise to delivery date Money taken out of my account. I never received the merchandise. I called the store they hung up on me. They were very rude. It took me over 3 weeks to get a refund. I went to a store location last week I made a purchase. They then told me after the fact I could not get it until today. That their store only does deliveries once a week on Thursdays. I asked if I could pick it up. I was told no. I waited the week. Nobody called me all I was told is that it would be delivered on the fourth early in the morning. I called the store after they opened. They couldn't even find me in their system. I was told I was not put on the books for the moving truck. That I would not be be put out today. I called corporate corporate told me that I would have my furniture between 11 and 3 at 430 I called corporate at 4:54 PM. I received a call telling me my things were in emotion. APM I still had nothing. And then I was called by a regional manager and told that I was being irate. Disrespectful and afraid to be delivered to and I would be refunded. The worst service I've ever received my life from anything. Absolutely disgusting and deplorable. And I called the Attorney General's office and complain about them.

I was going through the reviews and saw that quite a few customers had the same experience as I have with the team. I ordered a product online and it said it would take 5-7 business days. A week had passed and I got no call so I called the store and the woman on the phone didnt even ask for an order number or check anything. All she said was they receive truck on Fridays and I would receive a call from her manager. ANOTHER week had passed and still no call or delivery so I called again and she told me they havent even opened the boxes from truck and they would give me a call. Once again, did not even check my order. I really need my laptop and Im getting real impatient with this. Corporate should really take a good look at their team. Update: the woman named Melissa was very helpful and actually got me scheduled for delivery. I dont remember the name of the other woman but I was very frustrated with her. Im glad that I had got Melissa on the phone today.
