        Showed up to the store today after being told my phone had been delivered, nobody was available at the store for hours. No answer when I call. No clue how this store gets 4 stars. I dont think it deserves 1 star!

        I wanted to order an iPhone 13 mini, and after going to multiple team mobile stores all I got was a sorry thats out of stock or a you can look online but not when I came to this team mobile the manager ( David ) offers to help me order the phone and that is what I did. I am very satisfied and thank you David

        Went in to this store for assistance with my iPhone. Store manager David helped me somewhat and didnt want to chat. Said he was on his lunch and too busy to talk. Very poor customer service. I wont be going to this store again. I called T-Mobile and it is my understanding that this is a franchise store and they make their money only when activating new phones. Other company stores have had numerous complaints on this particular store. Worst customer service ever.
