        Go to another location, they will change your plan without your permission increasing your monthly bill. Switching away from metro, yalls stores and employees are absolutely insufferable.

        Regina and Katherine are worth keeping around. It was a tough day and my previous cell phone provider was making it extremely difficult to switch. They did not back down or give up even though it was late and difficult. Thank you guys for just trying and not quitting when you could have. So far no disappointments with the service!
