        Went to t-mobile to get my solar glasses from my Tuesday app. When I got to the t-mobile store staff welcome me I was blown away at all the new phones. Made me want to upgrade mine. Staff were very knowledgeable about phones and tablets. Store was very clean. Really nice atmosphere employees were not pushy.let take my time and look around told if I needed them just ask. Really nice experience. Would give this store a 10.

        Hey TMobile, your account of 10 years or so is gone. I dont work for you to give you 4 hours of my life in 2 days without any single solution. We had 3 lines and 4 phones. Gone. And why? Bc your staff -manager and an account rep, refused to look at my account for notes made by TMobile online Staff about upgrading our phones which were definitely due. I spent 2 days dealing w you. Then online I spent 2 hours with 3 representatives about upgrading and modifying our account. Online said they were making notes and I only had to go to the store locally and everything would be there arranged. I get to the store and had to argue w the rep and the manager about what the online superior had said. And the attitude that staff holds that they do what they want and dont have to listen to customers. I I promised the local rep that if he didnt look on my account to try to find the notes this 10 year account was leaving for another company. I did. Glad I did. Sprint was never like this. Loyalty means nothing to TMobile. What unacceptable customer service. You should be ashamed of it
