They nag you to fill out an application, and then after you do youll never hear back. Even after calling and emailing numerous times. Dont rent through them, they are very sketchy.

Encore Properties is one of the best rental agencies I've experienced. They are incredibly friendly and helpful. Quick to respond to requests and very communicative about actions required on the property you're staying in. I will definitely miss their great and wonderful team.

I've barely lived here a month but so far it's been good. Hj is on top of it and when I say it I mean everything communicating with tenants, staff, and vendors. She makes things come together seemingly seamlessly. Although, I'm sure there 's lots of stuff going on behind the scenes that could be going all kinds of wrong. She's always cool, calm and collected. On every occasion that I've had to engage with her she has been nothing less than pleasant, helpful, and On top of it whatever It might be. She personifies everything that professionalism is and should be. It feels good to know that this is the type of person I'll be speak with when I need customer service
