        It worked for my situation, but as someone who relies on review honesty... Rental house was not ready at the start of the lease, nor at the later date agreed upon as promised. Maintenance worker was unprofessional at times, and some repairs/fixes took longer than necessary in my opinion. Signed agreement left questions at spots, zero pet fee although there was a lot of debris left in the yard that was bad for pets to encounter.
