        We absolutely love it here. The place is always neat, clean, and landscaped. The office personnel are always friendly and happy to help. The maintenance personnel are quick to respond when needed. We have certainly found our dream home here.

        There has been a mix up in communication on maintenance. There is no resolution to my issue and they seem to not care. They send instructions on how to problem solve issues BUT that is not my job to do that. Then they send these emails saying we will be charged for things that they consider not a maintenance issue. That the whole world is going on? Its frustrating and I will not be treated as though my concerns are not important.

      I am sorry that you are upset. We appreciated you coming into the office and sharing the video that you had for the HVAC unit. As you know, we have contacted a Vendor to come to the property to evaluate the issue and take care of it as soon as possible. I am not sure what more you are wanting us to do. It is true we asked that you replace filters and check the thermostat for batteries as an initial evaluation of the unit, But as soon as you were able to provide the information that you did, we got a contractor on it asap. Is there something else that I am missing?
