He was early for the appointment and went right to work on the check up and was more then happy to answer all my questions concerning my a/c unit and what I would need to look for when I purchase a new unit next year.         Excellent experience, Rusty was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He was able to diagnose our issue immediately and fixed it within a few hours. Price is what you’d expect for AC repair, but he provided the breakdown and a full explanation of the costs. Very happy with our service from both Cape Fear and Rusty.
