Michael and his team installed a new ac in my father's home. What made this job so noteworthy is I live in NY and my father who was in the middle stages of dementia, lived in NC by himself. The ac was professionally installed and my father who had a tendency of getting agitated at the slightest misunderstanding, was completely satisfied with the whole interaction. Even though my father was there by himself, I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Michael and his office kept me updated with open communication from start to end. He was recommended to me by my local HVAC tech when I needed someone to service one of my rental properties. He was responsive, prompt, friendly and communicative. He's a good problem solver and his pricing is great. I highly recommend him!
