we paid for installation of gas fireplace logs & gas lines run to the house in October, job still not done. Have been told numerous times that the logs are in stock but where? Nick does not call us back with updates so we're just waiting, not so patiently. Would not recommend.

Unreliable and no respect for their customers' lives! I scheduled a service appointment for no earlier than 9:00 a.m. As of 8:00 a.m., I was in my living room in easy viewing and hearing distance of my front door. The technician claimed he had been there, knocked, rang the doorbell, and waited in the driveway. He was either lying or at the wrong house. Company refused to have him return or send another technician. If you want to work with a company that has any respect for your time, I would look somewhere else.
