Our company uses itPBX for our server backups and VOIP business phone service (as well as fax). The prices are inline with others and they have been great to work with in regards to on-going service. With almost 20 handsets in our business, we are have been pleased with the services they provided.

Excellent Service! Our company has a total of 15 handsets. We were with RingCentral and the service was awful. Trying to get any tech support with RingCentral was extremely hard and took a minimum of 2 or 3 days. We found itPBX and realized they were based in Charlotte (local). We engaged the help of Joe and Jacob and they were able to switch us from RingCentral to their service in just a few days. We have been using itPBX for almost a year now and have been very pleased. The pricing was in line with regional and national providers but the service has been amazing. It is nice to deal with local staff and technology support based in Charlotte. if you own a small business, I would encourage you to look into itPBX.
